Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is available with a discount; the exact terms are confirmed during the discovery call. Invoicing arrangements for larger organisations are agreed during contract negotiation.
A user is any named individual with a login to the platform, regardless of role (prescriber, clinic operator, admin or pharmacist). Seat allocation per plan is confirmed with each team during onboarding. If your team grows, you can add seats; the incremental cost is agreed upfront.
Platform access fees and pharmacy fulfilment costs are separate. Fulfilment is handled by partner pharmacies whose charges depend on the medicines dispensed and the delivery route chosen. OxygenRX connects your prescribing workflow to a partner pharmacy queue; the fulfilment charge is between your organisation and the pharmacy. We will explain the full cost model during the discovery call.
Monthly plans have no fixed minimum beyond the current billing period. Annual plans run for 12 months. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually and may include longer terms in exchange for a lower unit rate. All contract terms are set out clearly before you sign.
Yes. We work with you to understand what records and historical data need to come across, and we scope a migration plan as part of onboarding. The feasibility and timeline depend on the format and volume of your existing data; we confirm the specifics after reviewing your current setup during the discovery call.
